Our shipping guidelines

• We will always try to offer the best delivery costs available.

• Due to the weight and size of panels we cannot always use pallet network delivery services due to the risk of damage.

• We try to use our vehicles for delivery but where this is not available we use our dedicated haulage service with direct delivery.

• To ensure we can deliver the dog kennel and run to your premises please provide us with details of any restrictions for access for vehicles or pedestrians e.g. narrow lanes, parking restrictions, etc.

• Some of our larger kennels may need to be delivered using articulated lorries please ensure access is available.

Timberbuild on-site assembly

Our kennels are designed so that they are relatively easy to assemble so we do recommend self-assembly, but if this is not an option for you, our assembly service may be able to help subject to availability and conditions outlined below:

• Restricted carry to approx. 30 yards

• We need to know of any overhead restrictions to 10’ high

• Kennels will only be moved across suitable surfaces/ground and we need to know:

  • Steep banks

  • Slippery or grassy or muddy access

  • Obstacles blocking access

  • No external access to rear, high fences, narrow alleyways etc.

We may still be able to offer an assembly service if you have any of the above problems but it will be at an increased cost.

Do you have adequate access?

If we are to assemble your new kennel, we will need easy access to the area where we will be working so please make sure that there is adequate access so that we do not disturb you.

Please let us know if access is an issue. Our kennel panels and bases are heavy and we need to know prior to delivery of any obstructions that will impede the delivery of our products to site such as steps, overhead restrictions such as gates, arches, trees, steep access, tight turns, or through garages.

Will will not deliver through your house - if this is the only way of access - you MUST let us know when you order your kennel.

We allow time into the cost for delivery and assembly - the above make / will add extra time that we do not account for. If we are not made aware of any of the above prior to delivery, it may result in an additional charge for labour or the goods are delivered to the nearest suitable point.

We will not offer refunds if assembly cannot take place due to any of the above mentioned.

No details are passed on to 3rd parties.

Returns & Replacements

• Refund (returns accepted for full money back)

• 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed (returns accepted, no questions asked)

• Time Limit (returns accepted within 7 days after the item is delivered)

• Postage and packaging charges: The buyer is responsible for return postage charges.

• Item condition: "if you have chosen self-assembly item cannot be returned once assembled" or "Timberbuild Assembly - problems must be identified on day of assembly".

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Ordering

Timberbuild manufacture all their dog kennels and runs in house, this helps us ensure we always keep up to our very high standards of kennel manufacture.

Due to the popularity of our dog kennels and runs we have an extremely busy order book and we are currently looking at a four week lead time for kennel manufacture.
